Return & Refund Policy

At Urban Handicraft, every product is handcrafted with care by skilled artisans. Each piece is unique and may have slight variations in color, texture, or finish — these are natural characteristics of handmade products and not considered defects.


Returns

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed.
Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing support@urbanhandicraft.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit if the same product is unavailable.


Refunds

We do not provide refunds for confirmed orders.
Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

  • The ordered item is out of stock, and we cannot fulfill it.

  • A replacement is unavailable for a verified damaged product.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by sending an email to support@urbanhandicraft.com
After 24 hours, or once the order has been processed, no cancellations will be accepted.
