Each of our products is handcrafted by skilled artisans, ensuring that every piece is unique and made with care.
Please read the following details to understand our shipping process.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Once your order is confirmed, we begin the crafting, finishing, and packaging process.

  • Each item is handmade, so please allow a few days for careful preparation before dispatch.

  • On average, your order will be delivered within 25 working days after confirmation.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • We ship across India through reliable courier partners.

  • Orders typically arrive within 20–25 working days from the date of confirmation.

  • Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and courier service availability.

3. International Shipping

  • We offer worldwide delivery for select products.

  • International shipping charges differ based on destination country, package weight, and courier service.
    The exact cost will be communicated via email or WhatsApp after you place your order.

  • International orders also take approximately 25 working days to reach the customer after confirmation.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

  • International shipping charges will be shared with the customer after order placement and must be paid before dispatch.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking details and courier information.
You can track your order directly through the courier’s website.

6. Delays & Exceptions

Since all our products are handmade, slight delays may occur due to craftsmanship time, festivals, or courier issues.
We appreciate your patience and assure you that your order will reach you as soon as possible.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not reach you, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) at support@urbanhandicraft.com with your order number and photos of the package.
Our team will review the issue and offer a replacement or store credit, as appropriate.
